Only a fraction of the people we find new jobs come from direct responses to our job adverts. Most successful placements are a result of our tailored recruitment service. As we are in contact with the industry on a daily basis we often find our candidates’ positions before the practices have even thought about advertising!
How often have you sent your CV to an agency, told them you only want to work for an independent to find a day later they have sent your CV (without permission) to all the multiples? Or you specified the locations in which you wish to work and the agency calls you with a vacancy 2 hours drive from where you live?
We speak to you in length about the type, size of practice / business you would like to work for and perhaps more importantly the ones you don’t. And we will always listen when you tell us the locations you want to work in.

All of this is done in a totally confidential manner and your nameless CV would only be sent when a client has shown interest and we have spoken to you about it.
